The following prices are in addition to a $12 weekly gym membership fee. This membership entitles you to access to the Moore Than Fitness gym during staffed hours.
1:1 Personal Training
Personalised training sessions are tailored to help you achieve your fitness and training goals.
Sessions are available in 30 or 45 minute blocks, giving you the ability to easily incorporate your training within your busy daily schedule.
The sessions are designed with you, the client, top-of-mind and may include strength training, cardio training or a mixture of both.
It is my belief that training that is enjoyable is likely to be sustainable.
Throughout your training journey you will be supported and educated to help you continually grow and develop your skills and knowledge surrounding your health and fitness.

2:1 Partner Training
Partner training can be a great tool used for keeping each other accountable and remaining committed to achieving your health and fitness goals while celebrating each others successes along the way.
Perhaps you are new to the gym environment, or are returning to training after a period of time away from the gym. Whatever the circumstances, training alongside someone you know and trust can help to ease the nerves, have fun and motivate you to keep going.
Partner training is also a great, cost-effective alternative for those on a limited budget, with 30 and 45 minute options available.
